As the notional underlying value of the derivatives to which PolarView
and PolarPremium reports relate could exceed the AUD 500,000
minimum stipulated in Reg. 7.1.22(2) these services represent "wholesale"
financial products advice as per s.761G(7)(a), and are not appropriate
for "retail" persons.
Please note that all capital and positions are managed by clients
directly in their own trading accounts. The Australian company,
Polar Pacific Pty Ltd, does not accept any funds for management.
The Polar Perspectives and Polar Passages books are
of a long-term academic
nature, and as such are not intended and must not be construed as
investment or trading advice. Accordingly, these products are not
restricted
to wholesale clients.
As the PolarPlus package includes both PolarView
(advice) and Polar Passages (not
advice), this offer is
available only on a wholesale basis to institutions and qualified
individuals as described above.
General Advice
